Thank You Cards

I’ve had this idea kicking around in my brain for a long time that I want to include “thank you” tags with orders that ship from my online store. Then, out of the blue, I made it happen last week. Here’s what happened.

First, I hand lettered the text.

Then, I used that lettering to burn my screen. First, I had to scan it in and create a stencil. Boring computer stuff, you know?

Then, I used that screen to print these “thank you” tags. Cute, right? I’m really pleased with how they came out.

Clearly, this gave me ideas for other possibilities. It might be time for my first two-color print and I think that print will be on a greeting card.
