TO BECOME A CUSTOMER: Review the terms below and send an email to info@theheated.com with your store name and website (if applicable). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

PRICING AND TERMS: Please send an email to info@theheated.com for pricing information. Terms are prepaid, either by Paypal or by credit card. An invoice (including shipping charges) will be provided prior to payment

SHIPPING: Orders ship via USPS within one week of order (if it will take longer, we will contact you ASAP). All shipping prices will be quoted before processing payment

RETURNS: All claims on damaged goods must be made within one week of delivery. Exchanges will be made on damaged goods. Please contact for any other types of returns.

MINIMUMS: There is no minimum order.

TOWEL INFO: All towels are 100% cotton and measure 28” x 29“
